Pulverization
ERI developed a patented process to dry-grind paper, pulp, and other cellulosic fibers to the mean particle size of 20 microns.

This can be compounded into plastics as a property reinforcer and filler.

Results include replacement of fossil-based, unsustainable material (plastics) with renewable organic material.

Compounding
MAPKA significantly improved properties in tensile strength, tensile modulus, flexural strength, and flexural modulus. Also reduces mold shrinkage.
